I am sorry, but I am no longer able to ship outside the USA. With the rise of international tariffs, the constant increases in USPS shipping costs and our own goofy US sales tax nexus stuff, it is just too time consuming and complicated to keep up with. I’m sorry to say I just can’t afford the financial losses anymore. If things calm down or if more affordable options come along in the future I may be able to resume sales outside the US, but for now it is just too expensive and complicated.
Most orders (except custom rosaries) ship within a few days. Packages ship Monday through Friday and some Saturdays via the US Postal Service. Other options are available on request, but the USPS is usually the least expensive option. Please keep in mind that over the holidays the USPS delivery estimates may not be accurate unless a package is guaranteed for delivery (i.e. Priority Express, Overnight, etc). Custom rosary customers will get a picture of their completed rosary before I ship, just in case any changes need to be made to the design. Please keep in mind that I normally will not ship a custom rosary unless I get approval from the customer first.
Attention Colorado Customers: All Colorado sales are now pick up only. As of December 2018, our state tax laws moved to a nexus model which means I can only
ship to Colorado customers within the Westminster city/Jefferson county taxing district unless I register and pay the sales taxes of every city/county/special district I sell to. I just don't have the resources to handle a tax code this complicated especially with the home rule cities remaining separate from the new state website. All Colorado customers who pick up their order will be charged my local 8.35% sales tax rate. Customers may also hire a delivery service to pick up their packages and deliver them to their home or business. Keep checking my blog for updates. If you live inside my taxing district and want your package shipped, please contact me before you purchase so I can set that up for you. If you have any questions, please let me know.
U.S. 1st Class Shipping is a FLAT $4.50. First Class shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Other options like Priority shipping (2-3 business days/NOT guaranteed), or Priority Express (2 business days/guaranteed) are also available. Orders weighing over 1 pound are automatically upgraded to Priority because I worry about packages getting beat up via parcel post. :) All USPS shipments also include delivery confirmation.
Shipping Insurance is optional and costs $2.60 for totals under $50.00, $3.35 for totals up to $100.00, $4.10 up to $200.00 and $5.40 for totals up to $300.00.
Insurance is strongly recommended: I'm sorry, but I can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package, or its contents, incurred during the shipping process. Please keep in mind that once your package leaves my hands, I no longer have control over its safety, which is why I highly recommend shipping insurance to all of my customers.
In situations where I receive 2 different “ship to” addresses, your items will be sent to the shipping address on your credit card account. If your package is returned to sender due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship your items. Please be advised it can take MONTHS for the post office to return an incorrectly addressed package. Please be sure to double check and verify your shipping address when placing your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!! If you are not happy with your online purchase you may return it within 30 days of payment for a Full Refund!! The only exceptions are custom rosaries (since those are handmade according to your specifications) and special order rosary parts. All return shipping and insurance charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
