I ship orders Monday through Friday and some Saturdays via the US Postal Service. Other options are available upon request, but the USPS is usually the least expensive option. Please keep in mind that over the holidays the USPS delivery estimates may not be accurate unless a package is guaranteed for delivery (i.e. Priority Express, Overnight, etc).

Attention Colorado Customers: As of December 1st 2018, due to the new sales tax laws I can no longer ship to customers within the state of Colorado except for those located in the Westminster City/Jefferson County taxing area. All other Colorado customers will now have a "Pick Up" option which means I can meet you anywhere within the Westminster City/Jeffco area to deliver your items. U.S. 1st Class Shipping is a FLAT $3.50 regardless of package size. First Class shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Other options like Priority shipping (2-3 business days/NOT guaranteed), or Priority Express (2 business days Guaranteed) are also available. Orders weighing over 1 pound are automatically upgraded to Priority because I worry about packages getting beat up via parcel post. :) All USPS shipments also include delivery confirmation.

Shipping Insurance is optional and costs $2.20 for totals under $50.00, $2.75 for totals up to $100.00, $3.50 up to $200.00 and $5.80 for totals up to $300.00.  Insurance is strongly recommended.  I'm sorry, but I can't be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package, or its contents, incurred during the shipping process. Please keep in mind that once your package leaves my hands, I no longer have control over its safety, which is why I highly recommend shipping insurance to all of my customers.

Canadian Shipping is a FLAT $11.00 when all items are paid for with 1 payment, but other shipping options may be available depending on where you live. Please keep in mind that basic first class international shipping is, unfortunately, not guaranteed through the US Postal Service because it does not include tracking or insurance. We can add a certificate of mailing for $1.30 as proof of shipping, but that's about it for now. If you are interested in other shipping options, tracking, or insurance, please contact me directly for details. Without some sort of tracking or insurance I am unable to guarantee delivery of your order once the package leaves my hands. I’m also unable to give an accurate estimate of delivery time or import taxes. If a package gets held up in customs, I can’t say how long it might be there or if they will charge taxes. It really depends on the Canadian government at that point. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In situations where I receive 2 different “ship to” addresses, your items will be sent to the shipping address on your credit card account. If your package is returned to sender due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship your items. Please be advised it can take MONTHS for the post office to return incorrectly addressed packages. Please be sure to double check and verify the shipping address when placing your order.
