Welcome to Rosaries by Speziale!!
I believe that everyone should be able to afford a beautiful handmade rosary. I put a great deal of love and dedication into every rosary I make. Quality and customer service are #1 to me!! I use bows instead of jump rings on all of my rosaries for added durability (since most of the repairs I do are the result of broken jump rings).
When I started my business I decided to use the name Speziale in honor of my Great Uncle Dan Speziale (who, even though  we never got the chance to meet, I’ve always felt a strong connection to). He was a MP in the military, but he was also a quiet man with a kind heart and a gentle spirit. He died very young (before I was born) from an injury received in a fight. He was in a bar on Bourbon Street in New Orleans when he witnessed a man being assaulted. Without thinking he grabbed the attacker by the throat (so the victim could escape). That was when he was hit over the head from behind with a bar stool. Several years later the resulting blood clot took his life after he slipped and fell on the ice outside his home. He was only in his 40’s. He is sorely missed!

Customer Service and Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guaranteed!! If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 20 days of payment for a Full Refund!! The only exception is custom rosaries since those are handmade according to your specifications. All return shipping and insurance charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Also, if you are having trouble receiving E-mail, please check your spam filtering software. If your program is sending messages to your spam folder, just click the “not spam” option to avoid future problems.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due within 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Buyers in the state of Colorado will be charged up to 8.45% sales tax (depending upon where you live). Buyers in all other states may be liable for sales/use taxes. Please contact your local city/county/state government for more information on how to pay those taxes.
eBay Customers: All “Nonpaying” bidders will be banned from all future auctions. No exceptions!!

If you purchase from both my store and my live auctions, I can E-mail you a combined Pay Pal invoice so you only have to pay with one payment (which will save you at least $1.75 in shipping fees)!!

Shipping Policy:
U.S shipping is a FLAT $2.50 if all items are paid for WITH 1 PAYMENT. The flat fee doesn’t apply for those who pay with multiple payments (since I get clobbered by additional credit card fees). I ship Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (depending on whether I have enough time to process the payment before the post office closes).
I’m sorry, but I no longer ship internationally.
In situations where we receive 2 different “ship to” addresses, your items will be sent to the shipping address on your PayPal account (which has fraud protection). If your package is returned to sender due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship your items. Seriously, it can take MONTHS for the post office to return an undeliverable package. Please be sure to check and make sure I have the CORRECT shipping addresses.
Shipping Insurance is optional and costs $1.70 for totals under $50.00, $2.15 for totals up to $100.00 and $2.60 up to $200.00. Insurance is strongly recommended: I'm sorry, but I can't be held responsible for uninsured, lost items since I have no control over any package once it leaves my hands.
Delivery Confirmation is FREE!!
Also, orders over 1 pound receive a FREE upgrade to Priority Mail!!
