Your satisfaction is guaranteed!! If you are not happy with your online purchase you may return it within 30 days of payment for a Full Refund!! The only exceptions are custom rosaries (since those are handmade according to your specifications) and special order rosary parts. All return shipping and insurance charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Remember: If you are uncomfortable with computers, I would be happy to create your order for you. Just email me your order (to spezialeinfo-service@yahoo.com) and I will create your invoice and send a confirmation E-mail back to you with shipping and payment details.
 
Freebies:  I often have people asking for freebies. Things like, pouches, discounts on rosaries, booklets, free shipping, or even free shipping supplies. I try my best to keep my prices as low as possible which means my profit margin is much lower than other sellerís.  I will always do my best to keep my prices low, but just keep in mind when purchasing the more expensive sterling, stone, or Swarovski crystal rosaries, you are getting a better price from me than you will from many other sellers. The 20g wire and 18g chain used on my more expensive items are much thicker than what you will find elsewhere. The reason I bring this up is because it makes me feel horribly guilty when people want something for free and I canít afford to give it.  Most other sellers take their cost for supplies, double it and then add cost of time on to that in order to come up with their prices. Thatís something Iíve never done because for those choosing Swarovski, sterling, and stone the cost for the finished item would almost double.
